Tired of everything

Ranting of University Life

3 days of university were gone. Tired, exhausting
Physically drained. Adapting to the environment & workload
School are so draining nowadays, with me coming home flat tired
No engineering & physics background at all ;/
Trying so hard to listen and pay attention to an angmoh's lecturer
Long hours of school with only 1 hour break & laptop everyday
Assignments & projects coming in so fast & even worse,
Had a 2hour exam evaluation paper today. Cui, so many terms never see before
Sometimes, I wondered whether I could manage between friends, family,love ones and work

Did I choose the correct degree?
I know I want to do food science, product development or something to do with flavours.
But I know I should cherish this chance for me to further in the same field as my diploma
But now, engineering and business are making me think twice of my choice.
Science-40% , Engineering- 40% & Business- 20%

Essensual Bugis Hair Treatment

Went there for hair treatment as my hair is really dry after dyeing etc
And at that time essensual bugis is having their 3rd anniversary 50% off hair treatment
Was quite happy with the outcome of their treatment!

1. Two Fat Men @ East Coast Road
- Thai & Western Cuisine
- Decided to try it out since we bought groupon voucher for it
- Tried their specialty dishes which are Pork Neck, Fish with Chilli Lime,
Beef Burger & Thai Milk Tea
- Service is good and food waiting time is still okay








2. 8 Degree Taiwan Bistro @ Teck Chye Terrace
- Another groupon try-out venue
- Tried their Milk Tea, Salted Crispy Chicken & Feng Yuan Dessert
- Not bad, affordable price. Good for supper or gathering





3. Spizza @ Bedok Simpang
- Western & Malay Foods
- Usually crowded during meal times
- Famous venue for Supper
- Tried their milk tea, lime juice, roti john, kway teow, steak etc
- Price: So-so, could be pricey


4. Broer Cafe @ Petain Road
- Googled for good coffee place
- Happened to discover this cafe which sell really nice ice blended mocha,
which the bf likes
- Ambience not that great though, simple



5. Guan's Noodle @ Guillemard Road
- Another groupon try-out venue
- Taste are so-so, don't like their abalone texture


6. The Fabulous Baker Boy @ Fort Canning Park Clarke Quay
- Simple cafe design, indoor and outdoor seatings available
- Cakes are homemade, cost about $7-8/slice
- Surrounded by greenery at fort canning park
- Doesn't worth a second visit for me



7. Canopy Garden Dining @ Bishan Park
- Finally managed to try western kind of brunch with the Bf
- Tried their egg royale and egg benedict, not bad and affordable
- Nice venue, after that can take a stroll at the park


8. Swee Choon @ Jalan Besar 
- A big feast for a group of 8 people (pictures as below)
- Quite alot of variety to choose from
- However, queue was crazy. Queue for nearly an hour to get seats
- Serving is quite small though but some dishes like custard bun,
lor mai kai, steamed chicken etc are popular








9. Town Restaurant @ Fullerton Hotel
- Went there to celebrate Mama's Birthday
- International Buffet; Jap, Chinese, Malay etc
- Ingredients used are fresh i.e. cold prawns and scallops







10. Olivia @ Arab Street 
- Another groupon try out venue (Not a bad choice)
- Decorations of the restaurant is nice (black and white; quite romantic)
- Foods are served pretty fast and taste not bad
- Tried their berry smoothie, brushetta, chicken wings, ham mushroom pizza &
carbonara with egg pasta



11. Seafood Paradise @ Changi Airport T2
- Went there to celebrate Gugu's Bday
- I like the Creamy Based Crab from Seafood Paradise!
- Service is not too bad and foods serving pace is okay











12. Stranger Reunion @ Kampong Bahru
- Heard a lot of reviews about this cafe so I decided to give it a try
- Cafe decoration: Vintage. However, a small cafe
- Tried their magic coffee, apple crumble with vanilla ice cream and mushroom bread
- Overall, not too bad of an experience









13. Fish & Co. @ NEX
- Ordered their student's lunch special @ $9.90 nett
- Danish & Swiss with a cup of coke
- Serving size is still the same as the normal $16 set





14. Gustitmo @ Ion Orchard
- Expensive and not very nice icecream
- Tried it because of Groupon vouchers
- Ain't worth it to buy & ice cream started to melt very soon



15. The First Academy @ ITE Central 
- A restaurant inside ite central
- Foods are not too bad and service is good





16. Pagi Sore @ Telok Ayer 
- Another groupon try out venue
- Good reviews being seen online
- Tried their grilled chicken, sambal vegetable and tofu (really nice)



17. Steamboat Feasting x2 
- Random Steamboat Gathering with Family
