- Nice place for gathering with friends
- Went there for a catch up dinner with Secondary School Friends
- Ordered their ribs, chicken and buffalo wings
- Quite expensive though, and foods are average
2) Urban Spoon @ Jalan Kayu
- Kind of like a outdoor bar, quiet and nice surrounding
- Have alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
3) Just Acia @ Dhoby Xchange
- Have set meal that allow you to have free flow of drinks and icecream
- Good for catch-up gatherings too but noisy though
4) Scissor Cut Curry Rice @ Farrer Park
- Long queue, similar to Cai Fan Style
- Order the dishes you want and the person will use a traditional scissor to cut the dishes
5) Creamier Cafe @ Toa Payoh
- A cafe that sells waffles, ice cream, coffee and tea
- Nice simple decorations. Small cafe but full house when I went there on a weekday evening
- Waiting time could be slightly long but I think it is worth it
- Waffles is soft and fragrant, reminds me of french toast
6) Gurney Drive @ AMK Jubilee
- Serve penang-country foods
- We ordered prawn mee, char kway teow, fish and 5 xiang
- All are served quickly and foods are hot
7) Andersen's Icecream @ NEX
- Ate all different flavours of icecream as we have 4 mini 5 scoops of ice cream
- Chocolate syrup is nice but waffles isn't
8) Carpenter and Cook @ Clementi
- Ordered their famous lemon curd, quiche and tea
- Been wanting to try this cafe for a long long time, nice vintage place with cool decorations
- A little pricey but worth the try
9) KFC @ Tiong Bahru Plaza
- Tried the new Double Down Burger, two meats instead of patty
- Nice and Hot though unhealthy
10) Chye Seng Huat Hardware @ Farrer Park
- Another cafe that I'd been wanting to explore for quite some time
- Tried their specialty coffee and pecan lime cheese tart
- Nice bitter sweet coffee and the base of the tart very crunchy and nice
11) Yi Dian Xin Hong Kong Dim Sum
- Saw good reviews about this place so decided to explore it out
- Dimsum cost not more than $3 for 1 basket
- Service was fast and foods was not bad and affordable
